We take on all kinds of repair, operations and maintenance for you.

Our range extends from mechanical reworking of press tools through to retrofitting of jigs to complete repair and overhaul of machines and plants.

We are of course able to carry out electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic works. In our company all work from refitting up to the finish paint is realised under one roof. Our exact manufacturing capacities – from construction, through preproduction, manufacturing and fitting to electrics can be found in the respective areas.

Example: Repair of a broken tool for the company Magna

We plainly milled the destroyed surfaces of the tool (pic. 1).

Subsequently, we attached a log to the missing corner, screwed and pinned (pic 2).

Then we milled the missing contour in the log (pic. 3).
