Reporting System
Compliance with the law and the effective protection of whistleblowers is an important concern for Dreiling Maschinenbau. Whistleblowers can make valuable contributions to uncovering misconduct by individuals and containing or correcting the negative consequences of misconduct. Persons who have obtained information about violations in connection with their professional activity or in advance of a professional activity can contact our outsourced internal reporting office to report violations.
Violations are defined as actions or omissions in the context of a professional, entrepreneurial or official activity that are unlawful and concern regulations or areas of law that fall within the material scope of the Whistleblower Protection Act. The material scope of application includes in particular violations that are punishable by law (e.g. theft, embezzlement, bodily harm) and violations that are subject to fines if the violated provision serves to protect life, limb or health or to protect the rights of employees. Information about private misconduct is not covered by the Whistleblower Protection Act.
Our internal reporting office is operated in compliance with the statutory confidentiality requirement. If you have specific indications of violations, you can report information using the reporting channels described below:
