Construction

Work preparation
With state-of-the-art NC programming stations equipped with SolidCAM and precise technological work planning, we lay the foundations for smooth processes.
Prefabrication
Our in-house welding shop enables flame cutting and sawing as well as the welding of entire assemblies with an impressive weight of up to 20 tons.
Manufacturing
In our state-of-the-art production facility, we realize precise turning, milling, drilling and grinding. Whether large parts with dimensions of up to 8,000 x 3,000 x 3,000 mm or the smallest components from our precision production – with our 3D coordinate measuring technology from Zeiss, we guarantee maximum precision.
Assembly
Our 6,000 m² assembly area and impressive 50-ton crane loads enable us to bring together assemblies and entire systems.
Electronics and electrics
From complete electrical development to electrical design with EPLAN, we offer you tailor-made solutions for all electronic aspects of your systems. And that’s not all: the construction of control cabinets and control systems – including machine programming with state-of-the-art control systems – is also one of our areas of expertise.
